I’m always excited to do a custom order. Our communicating will ensure that I am able to wholly understand and accomplish what you have in mind.  After the conceptualization stage, we will settle on a design and price.  A 50% nonrefundable deposit is then required.  The creation process is completed in a couple of weeks; then comes the bisque fire, another week for the glazing process, and then the high-fire (2370° F). This can’t be done until the kiln is full. After that, your order will be securely packaged and shipped.

This whole process usually taken around 40 work-days to complete.
